We are looking for a sales executive in the world of Business Applications to join us.

What will you be doing?

– Creating sales opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients in order to build and develop a strong pipeline of projects and ongoing services.

– Manage and lead a full sales cycle from initiation to deal close: research, calls, generating leads, providing solutions and services, writing proposals, negotiating and closing deals.

– Support and develop strong business and customer relationships that are focused on anticipating our clients’ needs, attention to detail, and tailored solutions.

– Work closely with the internal presale team to maximize sales opportunities, advocate for clients, renew business and growth.

We are looking for:

– A motivated, independent, organized, business & service-oriented individual with a passion for sales.

– 3-4 years of sales experience in the IT industry.

– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – a must.

– An understanding of business applications or software sales – a must.

– Prior sales experience in ERP & CRM (outbound) – an advantage.

We’re looking for an experienced project manager to manage, lead and deliver CRM projects on the Salesforce.com platform. 

The job includes both project management skills (such as customer management, timeline and task management, budget management etc.) as well as hands-on technical implementation knowledge.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to identify and optimize business processes.
    • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
    • Manage and design salesforce projects in various fields such as: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Customer and Partner Communities, Integrations.

Skills Required:

  • At least 5 year experience as a project manager in Information system technologies.
  • BA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM applications
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Salesforce Certifications – advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in industrial engineering and management, management Information Systems, Business Administration with specialization in Information Systems.
  • At least one year of proven experience in the information systems field
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various customers at a time.
  • Strong communication skills mainly in English.
